Recruitment Process
At Access Capital Advisers we use the interview process to understand your skills, experience and knowledge. We very much see the recruitment process as our opportunity to sell ourselves to you not the other way round.
We normally hold first and second-stage interviews, during these interviews we discuss your experience, capability, career goals and ambitions. We also have a final step we call an informal discussion with staff that are either at or around the same level as the position you are applying for. The final step is a great opportunity for you to assess whether Access Capital Advisers is the right fit for you allowing you to gain a clear understanding of what it is really like to work here.
